Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what is needed to take your order and get it to you, plus statistics on how the site is used. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not run advertising pixels here.

What we collect

• Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, which you give at checkout.
• What you ordered, in what size and colour, and what you paid.

Your cart is kept in your own browser until you check out. It is not sent to us before then.

Site analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used: which pages people reach, where they arrived from, and where they stop. It sets cookies on your device to recognise a returning visit, and it records the page visited, the referring site, and coarse details like approximate location, browser and device type.

It does not record your name, your email address, your payment details or anything you type into a form. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere, and your browser's own settings can block these cookies without affecting your ability to order.

Card details

Your card number never reaches this website. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own checkout, and they pass us back only the order and the fact that it was paid. We cannot see your full card number at any point.

Who else processes it

• Stripe takes the payment and collects your delivery details.
• Vercel hosts the site and serves its pages.
• Google Analytics provides the usage statistics described above.
• Once an order is paid, it is passed to our fulfilment system so it can be printed, packed and shipped, and so staff are notified. Email is sent through Resend.
• A shipping carrier receives your address in order to deliver the parcel.

What we use it for

Fulfilling and shipping your order, contacting you about that order, and keeping the records a business has to keep. We do not add you to a marketing list from a purchase.

Children

This store sells youth sizes, but the store itself is intended to be used by adults ordering on a child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Your choices

Email info@premierfutbolfanstore.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep records of completed orders where the law requires it.
