Terms of Sale

This is the official fan store of Premier Futbol Academy. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Orders

Every item is printed to order. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. We may cancel an order and reverse the charge if an item cannot be produced, if it was listed at the wrong price, or if we cannot ship to the address given.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown per garment on each product page. Shipping is a flat $6.00, free on orders of $50.00 or more. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken by Stripe, and your bank statement will show a charge beginning PREMIER MERCH.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $6.00 per order, free when your order reaches $50.00. Items are made to order, so allow production time before the carrier's own transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

All sales are final. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items are replaced or credited. The full detail is on the Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

Colours and sizing

Product images are mockups produced from the print artwork. Screens vary, and a printed garment colour can differ slightly from what you see. Garment measurements follow the manufacturer's chart for the item you choose.

Artwork and trademarks

The Premier Futbol Academy name, crest and the designs sold here are the property of their respective owners. Buying an item does not give you a licence to reproduce the artwork, and items bought here are for personal use rather than resale.

Liability

Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
